Summary from Kotonoha:
Shuichi Nitori is a 5th grade student who likes to bake and has always been something of a feminine boy. When he transfers to a new school, Shuichi is mistaken for his 6th grade sister on his first day. Then he ends up sitting next to Yoshino Takatsuki, a tall, boyish girl who everyone calls “Takatsuki-kun.” They both have secrets they can’t let anyone know….
Kenn's Comment: Yes, it's seems a little odd from the description and genre list, but it's actually really, really good. As with a lot of the stuff I have up on the blog, it's not for everyone, but this one is something that I'm recommending. The way the characters are presented really makes you just want to give them a hug when they're on hard times. Fantagraphics is supposed to release the first volume of Hourou Musuko in December of this year. It'll be part of their new line of Manga, which they've just started. They'll probably label it as LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transexual) given the nature of the manga.

On another note, isn't this adorable? Click the link to see the comic strip. It's relevant to the topic.
