Summary from ANN:

Following the adventures and trouble that surrounds Lala Satalin (princess of Deviluke stellar empire) and her unwilling fiance Rito Yuki (a mere human), and friends. The story from "ToLoveRU" continues with a lot of fun caused by Lala's scientific research, her twin sisters, friends, and Rito's sister.

Kenn's Comment: This is meant to be a sequel to where the OVA's left off, which in themselves are a sequel to the anime series.The new character designs are closer to the art of Yabuki (the mangaka), and from the looks of the PV's, they'll be sticking closer to the source material than they did in the first TV series. The cast is more or less the same as the OVA's, with the exception that Arai Satomi isn't voicing Peke anymore, and Toyosaki Aki is now voicing both Momo and Peke (signs that they'll be animating a certain Peke centric chapter).
