Yet another day at the night market. Decent day I suppose.
So the day started with me taking pictures of Kagamiku for the photo gallery that'll be up tomorrow, and hopefully, up on Figure.fm (Dannychoo.com). Maybe.
Anywho, went out to the restaurant to get the supplies, and something to eat. Had to make a stop at a gas station to fill up our propane tank. Once that was done, we were back on the road.
Health inspectors came and pretty much raised hell for a bit. Okay, so they didn't. They came in pretty early, so unless someone had a super busy stall, they shouldn't have bugged anyone too much. Anywho, the dude said our fridge, which tends to freeze the bottoms of all our containters, was too cold. Recently loaded up with a crap load of everything, and having been opened a gazillion of times, it's not too hard to see why the temperature wasn't t it's optimum yet. Anywho, followed his instructions and loaded up everything, and I mean everything, with enough ice to sink the Titanic four times over. Ice under there, on top of that, inside those, absolutely everywhere. The folks beside us got an earful, since I'm pretty sure their inspector was a whole lot more strict than the dude we got. Our other neighbours got a real chill one. Even more so than ours, who was anything but chill, unless you count telling us to lower the temperature of the fridge.
Everyone was stressed to the max for a while, as we waited for the final assessments to come in. "I'll be back in a half hour." Fuck that shit. He came back in at least an hour. He showed up for a few minutes and left with only short gesture of approval...I think.
After he left, everyone was relieved. Not too much stress anymore. Back to the usual. The rest of the day followed suit. Chubb's grill was up in flames. Watched them try to put the fire out without the use of a fire extinguisher, since that would just kill their grill. Towels and water bottles ftw. Got a lot of free stuff from nearby vendors too. Fun stuff lol.
Anywho, I'm just finishing up the photos for the gallery now, and you'll probably see it up sometime tomorrow, if not, than Sunday or Tuesday at latest...hopefully.
