Series Summary from MangaUpdates:
Kenn's Comment: It's a great series. SO GOOD. And I mean it.In a world where every boy and girl has a special power called Iris, Toru who, as a result of not having any kind of special power, was bullied from a young age, lives by his motto: “low exposure” – to live without standing out. But his peaceful school life changes when he receives a certain "Confession" from the schools most popular girl, Koyuki. His motto begins to shake!!
The school fantasy story that shakes the heart begins with their meeting.
It's got nice light hearted comedy that contrasts very well with it's more serious and often not-so-light-hearted drama times. The characters, the main cast at least, are all very likable, and their interactions and how their development happens are great. The arts nice and the little extras after the occasional chapter are hilarious. I should note that the series doesn't have fanservice. Lots of manga and anime use fanservice to get readership, even if it is at the expense of a plot, so it's nice to see a series not relying on that and still being an excellent read.
Oh and the author has a site up for the manga. It's over here for those of you who can read Japanese. For those who can't, scroll down and you can see how the characters look.
