From the same author who gave us Franken Fran.

Title:  ヘレンESP, Helen ESP
Author: Kigitsu Katsuhisa
Genre: Shounen, Slice of Life, Supernatural
Serialized in: Akita Shoten Weekly Shounen Champion
Total Volume Count: 2

Series Summary from MangaUpdates:
Five years ago, Helen lost her sight, hearing, and ability to speak in a traffic accident. She was living peacefully with her uncle and her guide dog Victor until, one day, she awoke to her mysterious powers.
Kenn's Comment: You rarely have slice of life where more than one disability affects the main character (or I'm just not reading enough), so this was certainly different. Throw in the supernatural ESP abilities and you have the makings for a very interesting read. It's a great read; it's always fairly calm but always has something that makes it somewhat exciting. Victor is great.

That being said, if you're into gore and can stomach some pretty gnarly looking drawings, you may want to take a look at Franken Fran, another one of Kigitsu's works. It's nothing like Helen ESP, but it does carry it's own set of themes...with a bit of a twist, nip, tuck and pull.
